Creed est un groupe de rock américain originaire de Floride classé dans la catégorie alternatif/chrétien. Il est composé de Scott Stapp, Chanteur, Mark Tremonti, Guitariste et Soliste, Scott Phillips, Brian Marshall (Bassiste) qui quitta le groupe en août 2000. Bien que n'ayant bénéficié que d'une diffusion ultraconfidentielle en France, ce groupe mérite de prendre également dans ce pays la place majeure qu'il a joué dans les pays anglo-saxon dans l'alternatif postgrunge chrétien.
